The City of East Orange Commemorate Black History Month with Movie Premier

East Orange, NJ, Feb. 11, 2015: In celebration of Black History Month, The Department of Recreation and Cultural Affairs have partnered with the East Orange Public Library to premier a series of films about the global experience of people of color.
